Before using the module of
Inventories you together with a consultant Sfera will define the
information, parameters and necessary configurations for the daily
process of transactions.
The system allows to configure a very
complete database of inventories, among the defined information for
the articles the days of the count cycle, information of purchase
taxes and sale are besides the code, description and measure unit,
countable bills of sale, handling of series numbers and lot, and
cost method among others.
Besides this they are defined the locations
or warehouses where the articles are stored, bought or sold. This
way it can be defined details for articles and specific location,
such as costs average, I finish and standard, quantities of storage,
of reorden, minimum and maxims among others.
